HOA Mission: “To enhance and preserve the quality of life, sense of community and property values by maintaining our common areas, upholding our Declarations and By-Laws, and promoting initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community.”
Location: We are located on the 10th - 19th floors of 7 Patton Avenue in the center of downtown Asheville, NC above the Kimpton Hotel Arras. Our iconic landmark building - the tallest in Asheville - was totally redeveloped and reopened in late 2019 and has unmatched views of the city, Pisgah National Forest and Great Smoky Mountains.
